Opera 10 will feature alongside Turbo mode a cloud based Technology called "Opera Unite" which gives you features of Web Server within a Web Browser
Opera will bundle a new technology with its latest version of Browser Opera 10 called "Opera Unite". Opera Unite as the Company claims will "Reinvent the Web for you". A tall claim indeed. But by the wide range of features it is providing, it surely worth another look.
Opera Unite would basically be a Web Server integrated into your Web Browser. So what does that means? It emans that you would eb able to use a wide array of Services for which now you have to depend on other Web Services. For example, here are few Services which Opera is currently giving, with more to come:
- Media Center: Access your complete media library from anywhere
- File Sharing: Share files store on your Computer
- Photo Sharing: Share images with friends without uploading them
- Lounge: Start chatting with your friends right from the Browser itself
- Website: Host websites right from your Computer
