Flippa is the rebranded Sitepoint Marketplace. It is a good juncture to buy and sell sites, although its a bit more costly now.

Sitepoint marketplace was a well known destination for buying and selling website. You could list your site for free or pay a premium for Special listing. Recently Sitepoint have rebranded their marketplace into a brand new entity called Flippa.

Flippa is a Online Marketplace to buy and sell your sites. They have given it a brand new Web 2.0 look and hiked the listing and transaction fees. This caused a lot of criticism among the potential users. Especially the hike in listing fee which includes the Smart Pricing style Success Fee ranging from $5 to maximum $500. Flippa does not take any respon

Here are the listing fees:

• $19 for basic listing
• $5 bottom to $498 cap for Success Fee (5% of the transaction)
• $5 for highlighting your lsiting in bold or row highlighted
• $19 for hiding the listing from Search Engines
• $29 for listing to appear on the front page for limited time

We have yet to see how this one will fare. But going by their past experience, I have reason to believe this would be a great service. Go check.
