I had to post this. Slumdog Millionaire bags 8 Oscars including Best Picture and Best Director.

Incase you have not seen Slumdog Millionaire, go watch it. It would be money well spent. Its about a boy from the slums of Mumbai going on and winning Millions in a Quiz show. Surprisingly, he knew all the answers to the question, as each and every question was linked to his life story. A vivid cinematography, dazzling music and awesome acting is what puts Slumdog in its place as a unique experience.

A. R. Rahman, undoubtedly the best music director in India spills his charm with an awesome background score and cool numbers. What is more interesting, is David Boyle (of Trainspotting fame) have captured the Mumbai Slums way better than many Indian made movies.

As a proud Mumbai-kar it feels nice to see this movie going great guns. Congrats to the Slumdog Crew and all other Oscar winners.
