Find your deleted Tweets for you. But since now Twitter is removing User deleted Tweets from its Search Index and API also, Tweleted is a dead scoop.

It is said that the change is been done by Twitter in order to avoid having User Deleted Tweets in the Search Result, now that both Google and Bing have done  a  deal with Twitter to add Realtime Twitter updates in its Search Result.
